A New Site Dedicated to New Jersey Family Values
Welcome to crescentandcross.com, a new site dedicated to spreading the wisdom and teaching of family values for New Jersey and US families. We are a collection of like-minded individuals who think that not enough effort is put into spreading proper information and education of wholesome values, in a decidedly non-denominational way. While many of us are Christian, we don’t think identifying ourselves as such is the best way to spread our message. Usually it simply ends up excluding a large portion of our potential audience.
Good values, morals and upbringing isn’t confined to a single faith, no matter what people might have you believe. So we won’t be focusing on that in our posts and publications. We will instead focus on the core of the issue, which is avoiding the downfalls that much of modern life has brought upon the American family.
What we will be doing to focusing on community events here in New Jersey, New York and the surrounding areas. If we can, we will also publish information about other areas (we will probably need some local correspondents to do this. Contact us if you are interested in participating). Many of these will be based in local churches and organized by local church groups, but many will not. Several events will be held at local schools, public libraries and other non-church locations.
We will also feature commentary on various subjects. Our writers will be pulling together some valuable information and, while they are opinion pieces, we hope they are not divisive and can add lots of value to our readership. If you are interested in adding your work to our site you can always contact us. It would mean a lot to us if our readers and viewers were active in our initiative.
Lastly we will be reporting on various current events and news as it happens. Not everything will be pertinent of course (no sports, for example, unless we really feel like it), but when things are relevant to our message and our readers, we will provide extensive input on it. This will both help to keep our message relevant and provide our readers with ongoing content with which to enjoy.
If you have any other comments or input, feel free to contact us. Similarly if you would like to provide any content, suggestions for articles, or just to say hi, we are here 🙂
Hydration is the key to being health (and happy) for 80% of our health efforts, so it only makes sense that we provide clean and fresh drinking water to our families, on demand, right?!
